Return & Refund Policy

At Vanarastore, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Return requests are raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.

  • Make a video of unboxing the product 

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Customized/personalized items

  • Products with tampered seals or packaging

  • Customer not have a unboxing video of that product is not allowed to return that product.


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@vanarastore.com 

  2.  or WhatsApp [9685144334] within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Include Order ID, Reason for Return, and Photos of the product.

  4. Our team will verify and schedule a reverse pickup (if applicable).

  5. Pack the product securely for pickup.


3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer after customer verification


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order:

  • Before it is shipped, by contacting our support team

  • Post-dispatch cancellations will be treated as returns

Vanarastore reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The shipping address is non-serviceable

  • There is suspicious activity linked to the order


5. Strict Action Against Fake Buyers

Vanarastore has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent orders or return abuse. The following will be considered malicious or fake buyer behavior:

  • Placing orders with false addresses or contact details

  • Filing false return claims or sending back incorrect/used items

  • Repeated cancellations without valid reasons

  • Abusive language or behavior with customer service

Actionable Measures:

  • Immediate cancellation of current and future orders

  • Blocking the user’s account and delivery address

  • Reporting the incident to appropriate legal authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Penal Code (IPC) for fraud or misrepresentation

  • Legal recourse to recover losses or damages incurred

We track return patterns and reserve the right to deny service or returns at our discretion.
